Oshima is ideal for cultivation in tropical mid and high land growing conditions. It develops into strong, sturdy plants, slightly medium late in maturity. fruits are very uniform, quite straight with a smooth wall. Immature fruits are shiny dark green, turning into glossy bright red when fully mature. Recommended for fresh harvest while green as well as red, and also for paste production.
